Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Refunds

Our pieces are final sale. They are made to order *specially for you* and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Resizing Rings

If your ring does not fit you, we will gladly size it for you at no cost, within one month of purchase! Beyond that timeline, there may be a resizing fee applied. Alternatively, you can have it sized locally. 

Should you choose to have us resize it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to and from our studio. Choose a shipping service you trust! Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund items that have been lost or damaged in transit back to our studio for sizing or repair. 

Please note: To ensure the integrity of the ring, it cannot be sized up or down more than one size. If you bring it to a local jeweler for sizing, Jessica Stuart Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any damage incurred.

Shipping

Every single piece is hand fabricated or carved in wax and cast in gold using the lost wax casting method. It is then polishing by hand, engraved by hand and the gemstones are set by hand. This process takes time. We are committed to a high standard and want every detail to be just right. Therefore, due to the nature of our pieces, production requires 2-4 weeks from the time of payment, not including shipping time. If you need your order rushed, please contact us at hello@jessicastuartjewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate!

Jessica Stuart Fine Jewelry ships domestically, within Canada, and to the US. 

US orders may be subject to local customs taxes and duties that are not included in the cost of the order or shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any such fees incurred.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit.
