Refunds
Due to the nature of production of our pieces, they are final sale. They are made to order *specially for you* and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Resizing Rings
If your ring does not fit you, we will gladly size it for you at no cost, within one month of purchase! Beyond that timeline, there may be a resizing fee applied. Alternatively, you can have it sized locally.
Should you choose to have us resize it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to and from our studio. Choose a shipping service you trust! Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund items that have been lost or damaged in transit back to our studio for sizing or repair.
Please note: To ensure the integrity of the ring, it cannot be sized up or down more than one size. If you bring it to a local jeweler for sizing, Jessica Stuart Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any damage incurred.
